After putting an addition on our house, we were left with a long unsightly bank in the hill behind our house.
After a lot of research on retaining wall products, we discovered Patterson Block. From the start, Dan spent time with us
discussing our needs and wants. He helped us design the wall, including a set of steps. He even made a visit to our house to
check the soil type and finished wall height. He recommended distressing the block to make it like the more expensive "tumbled" block,
helping it to fit in to our old farmhouse look. He and his son gave us advice and encouragement throughout the process and were available
whnever we needed them.
With their courteous customer service, we were able to tackle this big project in just a couple of months all on our own.
